For some of the newer people who have joined the community, here’s a little more about me.
I live right outside of Philadelphia and have been dealing with OCD since it onset in 2008. I finally got diagnosis and treatment a couple years later.
I truly hope everyone can heal from their OCD and mental illness and have it be less heavy. Many don’t realize how hard we fight everyday just to survive.
Today I did 20 minutes on my
treadmill. For some people that might
not seem like much, but for me it's a
positive step forward. Being autistic
has taught me that progress isn't
measured against other people.
Why does it feel like everything comes with a fee now? Driving, parking, paying bills, using your own money, drinking water, getting an education, avoiding ads. We’re being charged just to exist.
