If thereβs one thing guaranteed to fuck me right off itβs people leaving weights and plates just strewn around a gym. Itβs not hard to put it back. Spending ten minutes finding a paired dumbbell isnβt how I plan on spending my workout.
If youβre thinking about starting a gym workout plan to lose weight, I donβt recommend it.
Fix your nutritional plan to lose weight, THEN start working out to feel incredible.
