@lil_nicky24@bomani_jones Pretty sure if you asked most observers who are not Giants fans if Eli was the most important factor in that game, they all say no. Especially in 2007. It’s OK though Eli isn’t the only one that’s received Super Bowl MVP just because the letters Q and B are next to his name.
@lil_nicky24@bomani_jones Torn acl likely didn’t help Rivers and the Bolts, (also Tomlinson and Gates were injured).
The Pats were kinda good in 2007 if you remember. Their offense was dominant every week. Until the Super Bowl.
Eli didn’t have much to do with them scoring only 14 points.
@lil_nicky24@bomani_jones Huh regular season you say? I mean when the important part of the season showed up, is that how they played? They scored 17 and 21 points. Still looks like defense = mvp in both games to me.
@T_billygoat2 They finally move in the draft with the o line, now Pop can STOP criticizing the effort (so that makes him some kind of lackey)? Ridiculous, you must need attention.
@dmshaw85@BrianBaute@Travis_Sawchik They don’t have that much money, no. But many have more than one might expect the pirates or reds owners to have yet they spend a far lower % of their money/profit on their team than the LA/NY teams. Salary floor is the first thing mlb needs, + owners who give a shit about wins.
@cedar818@peacock@NBAonNBC@NBA Also, navigating the ads in the peacock app makes pausing for a minute or two sooo annoying. These other stations know how to do it hopefully nbc pays attn/figures it out
@cedar818@peacock@NBAonNBC@NBA Yeah it’s bad - showing some kid and his dad courside for about 10 seconds while meaningful plays are happening. Bron makes a great pass to laravia they don’t even mention it and go to commercial. On the other side they had some advertisement bs and don’t come back to it.
@BengalsBackyard@RyanDePaul Notice you said get to, not win. Guess he could use a defense to get him there while he fails to finish it off. Then he’d be ‘qualified’…got it.
