Many Linux malware samples (notably BPFDoor and similar) hide using classic BPF (Berkeley Packet Filter) socket filters. These filters keep the malware dormant until it receives a very specific “magic packet” ,only then does it activate and reveal itself.
Manually reverse-engineering complex BPF programs (often 100–200+ instructions with heavy branching) to figure out the exact trigger packet used to take hours or even days. Cloudflare’s solution turns this into a process that runs in seconds.

Someone who has a strong impulse to punish others has not examined their own flaws. They are certain that their way is right and all other ways are wrong. For this reason, they cannot be trusted.
As Carl Jung famously said, "Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” When looking at what irritates you, you can figure out why it does irritate you. By doing this sort of thing you can look deeper into yourself and can know why you think the way you do.
Those who act with conviction upon their irritation have not done the self reflection and inner work necessary to be trusted.
Big headline, luckily not as scary as it looks, but an important lesson...
The FBI extracted Signal messages from a defendant's iPhone even after the app was deleted. Here's what actually happened and what to do 🧵
"Your quality will be known among your enemies, before you ever meet them my friend"
Hospitaller to Balian of ibelin
Kingdom of heaven.
He meant that a man’s quality, integrity, skill, and soul, is a force so powerful, it precedes physical arrival.
His message was that true character cannot be hidden and will be respected even by those who oppose him.
That stuck with me forever.
CGNAT has made self-hosting a nightmare, until now.
If you're behind a CGNAT, you already know the problem: you can't forward ports, you can't expose services directly to the internet, and your ISP won't let you change it.
Cloudflare Tunnel completely changes that. Instead of fighting your firewall and ISP, it bypasses the problem entirely. Your self-hosted services connect outbound to Cloudflare's network, which then handles all inbound traffic. So, you no longer have to worry about port forwarding or firewall rules.

One of the main reasons I stopped oversharing is because certain friendships and relationships lack substance, so they utilize your business as topic of discussion. I value my privacy, and I don’t want anyone who hasn’t been told about my business to know anything.
