Nobody likes you when you're depressed.
Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father, we come to You this Friday morning with grateful hearts, thankful You are with us in these difficult days. When the world seems in chaos, You speak to our hearts: “Don’t give up, my child. I will hold your hand and see you through.” Strengthen those who are tired, weary, and ready to give up. Increase their faith and give them strength in weakness. Remove their fear and anxiety, touch their hearts, and assure them You will turn things around for good. Let hope rise in everyone who reads this as the Holy Spirit leads. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
