No the issue is that using weird societal norms to gauge someone's employability leads to a biased interview process that disadvantages disabled and other marginalized community members.
DARKER truth: MANY people's entire schema for motivating themselves to go to work in the morning is built on the idea that free will exists. Being able to "take full credit"/be fueled by resentment of the lazier to be productive actually makes them work/gets them thru their day.
a lot of y'alls 'adhd hacks' especially for time management are recipe for burnout so bad they'd cause clinical depression/suicidal ideation and are completely unsustainable as a longterm solution
some people with ADHD cope by overcompensating and then experience burnouts that can last for years. that is you. the fall is not going to be gentle when it happens, and you will get to enjoy the same unkind lectures then you carelessly dispense today. every punch has a price.
I'm going to respond to as many of these as possible b/c I think it's my duty as an ADHDer who has barely been late for anything in decades:
It. Is. Killing. Me.
Operating on y'all's NT bullshit punctuality economy is fucking KILLING ME. It is the primary driver of my anxiety.
Adani is trying to set an example so that no journalist in the future dares to even pick up a pen against him and expose him.
System is helping Adani in setting that example.
Now you know who runs this country, he is in jail for a week now for skipping just one hearing, just one in a freaking defamation case, he was sent directly to jail.
Adani, Money can only get you so far , there will be a judgement day.
I don't even give a shit about the coffee itself. I have no strong desire to bring it to an interview.
But if a company would reject someone for doing that? That's a red flag that tells me the company is manipulative and abusive.
