It’s affected everything we’ve seen all season i.e. erasing her sin altered what we’ve been seeing this entire season ala unreliable narration.

NEW THEORY - Nancy and Ace already broke the death curse but it had unexpected ramifications that caused them to believe their only option was to undo it. So the sin Nancy gave to the Sin Eater was their breaking of the curse which reinstated it. #NancyDrew
