Yes, the parents of Hellen Zille are not South Africans. They were born in Germany and they moved to South Africa. Hellen Zille is a pure German Woman without any trace of South African relatives in her blood. Hellen Zille is a child of two German foreigners. She is a grandniece of German painter Heinrich Zille.

Again, we have Natasha Mazzone of DA. Her father is a foreigner from Italy and her mother is a foreigner from England. She is a member of parliament making laws for South Africans.

Another one, we have Manny de Freitas of DA. This one was born in Namibia. His parents are Portugal foreigners. He was a DA member of Parliament.
