This is so funny because its all vibes. Functionally, Newsom or Harris would operate almost identically to Moore or Shapiro as President. Like 95-99% similar on policy. Meanwhile, Rubio would be the polar opposite of Moore and Shapiro and likely hold opposite policy views on 90% of issues.
