If this were Infold’s EKG, the prognosis would be dramatic. 🩺

*Snaps on gloves, pulls chart from foot of bed.*

Well... first, the good news: the patient is alive.

The bad news is everything else on this telemetry.

We appear to have a resting revenue pulse of roughly $50–90K, for a patient whose baseline last year was several times higher. So we’re already treating someone who came in cold.

What I’m seeing:

🔸️ Severe Baseline Bradycardia:
The patient starts off barely ticking over, hovering near the floor at a deeply unimpressive resting rate.

🔸️ Acute Ventricular Tachycardia - The Big Spike:
Around August 18, something caused a spectacular surge of adrenaline. Heart rate shoots straight up to roughly 1,200,000 BPM.

Diagnosis: patient either saw a ghost, won the lottery, or caught sight of their favorite gacha character’s new limited banner.

🔸️ Rapid Crash & Secondary Palpitations:

After the initial event, the pulse immediately collapses, followed by two smaller episodes of banner-induced tachycardia before settling back into its low resting rhythm by September.

The chart doesn’t say dying, exactly...

It says managed decline with episodic denial: the cardiac rhythm of a company that keeps buying espresso instead of taking the wolf-shaped medication sitting right there in the locked cabinet.

Prescription already written, nameplate already engraved.

Breaker of Shackles, 10 mg. Take as needed for revenue.

Prognosis: Patient will continue self-medicating with banners of diminishing efficacy until either the board reads the telemetry...

...or somebody finally unlocks the damn medicine cabinet.

This looks more like a reset than an erasure. 👀

A little hope after this morning’s panic...

I know a lot of people were frightened when Valko’s old promotional material disappeared from X and YouTube today, but...

The game update itself tells a very different story.

JusticeForValko2026 compared the readable game data immediately before and after today’s update. Instead of seeing Valko’s internal material being broadly deleted, she found continued additions and changes across several parts of his character setup.

In the changed records, Valko/XL had:

🔹️102 added, newly exposed, or changed readable references

versus

🔸️20 actual reference removals

🌟That leaves him at a net increase of 80 readable references in this update.

More importantly, those changes weren’t confined to one random leftover file.

They included:

🔹 34 Legend Story configuration references
🔹 58 wardrobe, daily-screen, and recipe-screen references
🔹 3 new Home interaction references, including cooking-start and free-talk timing
🔹 4 date/card/presentation references

His D_0047 animated-card family was also not deleted.

One scene lost 18 ambience/window-rain effect references, but:

🔹 all 9 cutscene setup references remain
🔹 60 visual-effect references remain
🔹 132 D0047 labels remain overall

So the change looks more like a specific scene-effect cleanup or adjustment than removal of the card family itself.

And this is happening on the same day the old public Valko rollout is being removed.

That combination is why I’m not reading today as “Valko is being erased.”

It looks much more like:

Old public rollout being cleaned up while his internal game framework continues to be maintained and changed.

If Valko had simply been abandoned months ago, I would expect mostly static leftovers or gradual cleanup.

Instead, today’s update touched his story setup, Home interactions, wardrobe/daily systems, card/date presentation, and existing animated-card structure.

That is more activity than I would expect from a character whose only purpose was to sit dormant so the game wouldn’t crash.

No, this does not give us a release date.

But after the fear this morning, I think people deserve to know this:

🌟Today’s update does not look like a Valko deletion update.

His internal footprint is still substantial.

And it is still changing.

So for now:

Don’t panic. Watch closely. 🐺💚

Valkyries and Lilies are going through so much the last months and we're still here, still fighting for our little wolf to come back.

Valko might not be back right now but we can still be proud of each other for standing against the storm for such a long time; for fighting for what's right and not giving up just because it's getting hard.

We've created amazing things; charities for good causes, community events even irl, catching each other when things are getting exhausting and frustrating.

No matter the outcome at the end; everyone can be proud, everyone did their best. Together we're standing against the unfair treatment from Infold and the stinky behavior of antis.

If you've read until here: You did amazing. You can be so proud of yourself. Take breaks, care of yourself and be gentle with yourself.

Okay pack… what an eventful Monday. PHEW. 😭

So Valko’s promotional material has now been removed, apart from Tameless Territory. And as far as I can see, there are two obvious possibilities:

1) They’re preparing to double down on the cancellation.
2) They’re preparing Valko for some kind of relaunch/reintroduction.
And yes, I fully admit my bias here, but #1 currently makes less sense to me.

If the final decision were simply “Valko is gone for good,” why drag this out? Why not give players a clear statement today alongside the new promotion and finally close the matter? They already publicly announced his cancellation once.

So personally? My little tinfoil hat is leaning toward #2. 👀🐺

What would a relaunch look like? I have absolutely no idea. New marketing? Changes to his original material? A completely different rollout? Your guess is as good as mine.

What I do know from what we can still see is that not everything connected to him has vanished. So until Infold actually speaks, I’m not treating either outcome as confirmed.

But oh, I sure hope they’re backstage rolling out the red carpet for our little wolf as we speak. 🐺🌹

Hopium responsibly, pack. No guarantees until we have official information—and preferably a juicy wolf butt physically present in the Destiny Caf�� soon.
