Three Raleigh Women Charged Following Riot at Urban Air Adventure Park

RALEIGH, N.C. — Three Raleigh women are now facing criminal charges following an alleged riot at Urban Air Adventure Park that authorities say endangered guests, forced the business to close early, and involved a juvenile participant.

According to arrest warrants obtained Monday, Tocora Viera, 36, Alexis Viera, 33, and Shannette James, 28, have all been charged in connection with the March 8, 2026 incident at Urban Air Adventure Park on Poyner Pond Circle in Raleigh.

Tocora Viera faces the most serious charges, including felony riot, carrying a concealed gun, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Court documents allege she participated in a riot that created a clear and present danger of injury or property damage and that she brandished a black and silver semi-automatic handgun during the disturbance.

Alexis Viera and Shannette James were each charged with misdemeanor riot and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

According to the warrants, investigators allege the disturbance caused Urban Air to close early and placed guests in danger. Authorities further claim the women knowingly encouraged or aided a 14-year-old juvenile to participate in the affray, resulting in the delinquency-related charges.

All three warrants were issued June 1 by the Raleigh Police Department and filed in Wake County District Court.

The circumstances leading to the disturbance have not been released, and it is unclear whether additional arrests are expected.

No injuries were listed in the charging documents.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Either Trump needs to give the senate a deadline to pass the Save america act. If they cant meet the deadline. He needs to go against thunes allies and let the people primary them. We were successful in outsed Cassidy and Cornyn. They are democrats.

He also needs to call for 5 republican senators to remove John Thune as senate majority leader. We all have been calling for it lately. If no one steps up. They all have been involved in the pro quo sessions to delay confirming Trumps nominees.

We are completely bamboozled by the senate thinking they can pass the Save america act.

The more they don't pass it. The more they all need to be primaried. Trump endorsed against Cornyn and Cassidy and both lost their primaries. Trump needs to endorse their opponents for all of them.

We gave them 4 months to pass it and they refused to do it. We haven't had a vote on it yet and they won't remove leader Thune.
