@opodo Opodo’s “15-day free trial” is a trap.
I only clicked the free trial button. No card details entered, no itinerary reviewed, no booking confirmed.Within one hour of the unauthorised $264.13 AUD charge, I sent multiple emails demanding a full refund.

They only cancelled the subscription and dragged it out — then refused the refund and told me to deal with the airline.I have now: Lodged a chargeback with ANZ Bank，Reported them to the ACCC / Scamwatch
