I can confirm the validity of this photo from Thursday showing what appears to be a sniper rifle atop the IMU. The pictures were taken by P. David Polly, chair of the IU Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from 3:50-3:55 p.m. I did not observe guns atop the IMU today.
