Doc still bothering you about statins?
Ask them about the LDL paradox.
A 2020 systematic review of 19 long term studies consistently found that older folks with high LDL lived just as long or longer than folks with normal or low LDL.

Dr Elisabeth Potter, a plastic surgeon for cancer patients in Texas calls for healthcare reform in America
While in the middle of a surgery, UnitedHealthcare called the Operating Room and made her to exit surgery to justify an overnight stay for her patient
Dr Potter made a social social media video saying out insane this is and UnitedHealthcare threatened her
UnitedHealthcare sent her a 6-page legal letter from a defamation firm. It demanded she:
- Remove the posts and videos
- Issue a public apology
- Retract her statements claiming she lied
- They accused her posts of “fomenting violence due to angry public comments against insurers
Dr. Potter is pushing for the Speak Free Act legislation to protect healthcare workers from retaliation when they speak out about systemic issues in patient care
We must DEMAND healthcare reform in this country. It’s only going to get worse because of big health insurance carriers
Your family and loved ones are your greatest gift and your primary source of strength.
Tell them you love them. They need to hear it. And when they say they don’t need to hear it, is when they need to hear it most.
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐑𝐨𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫
As a close ally of President @realDonaldTrump, I keep a close eye on all things Texas for him. I’ve chaired his Texas campaign three times now.
I’d like to set the record straight: Chip has never been a MAGA warrior, as he now claims.
Here are a few interesting observations I’ve made:
1. Chip said on tape that MAGA voters could kiss his a**
2. Chip campaigned with now-vanquished anti-Trump Congressman Thomas Massie
3. Chip supported anti-Trump Congresswoman Liz Cheney against the President
4. Chip supported President Trump’s impeachment
5. Chip has consistently played hardball with the President. In Congress, he’s held up the MAGA agenda over and over again to serve himself
6. President Trump calls him “3 AM Chip” because Chip would often call, telling the President he can’t support MAGA legislation
I don’t ever like calling someone a liar. It’s a harsh word. I’m certainly not calling Chip Roy a liar.
However, in the last few weeks of the campaign for AG, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲. Let’s chalk it up to Chip’s failed memory. I simply want to set the record straight.
If you support President Trump, don’t be fooled. Chip is not and has never been for MAGA or for President Trump. Chip is desperate for Trump and Paxton voters’ support and is desperately rewriting history to cover up his actions.
@KenPaxtonTX and I are both MAGA Republicans and true allies of President Trump. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐆.
@Mayes_Middleton will work seamlessly with both Ken Paxton and the President. Chip Roy has worked against President Trump and AG Paxton for a decade.
I ask for your vote for Mayes Middleton for Attorney General. Thank you, and God Bless.
Early voting is happening now through Friday, May 22. Election Day is Tuesday, May 26.
Here’s a simple way to get unstuck when you’re worried, overwhelmed, or overthinking a decision.
Ask yourself one question:
What kind of thing am I dealing with?
Most issues fall into one of three categories.
1. Settled Things
These are things that have already been decided.
Your birth family.
Your nation of origin.
Your height.
Your past decisions.
Your upbringing.
Things you did.
Things done to you.
Some of these things were decided by your own past actions. Others were decided by God’s providence. As Paul says in Acts 17:26, God determined our appointed times and the boundaries of our dwelling place.
You can’t go back and change these things.
So the question is not, “How do I undo this?”
The question is, “Does this have any bearing on what I should do now?”
If not, leave it alone. Don’t spend your life fighting settled things.
2. Action Things
These are things you have some real control over.
Your diet.
Your exercise.
Your spending.
Your work ethic.
Your attitude.
Your friendships.
Your theological knowledge.
Your presentability.
Your habits.
Your skills.
These are your controllables.
You may not control everything about your health, finances, relationships, or future. But you usually control more than you think.
So if the issue falls here, don’t overthink it.
Take direct action.
Start small if you have to. Make the call. Go on the walk. Open the Bible. Apologize. Apply for the job. Pay the bill. Clean the room. Do the next faithful thing.
3. Prayer Things
These are things outside your direct control, but not outside God’s control.
The economy.
The weather.
The housing market.
The availability of a suitable spouse.
Other people’s choices.
Timing.
Open doors.
Closed doors.
You can’t force these things. You can’t grab the steering wheel of providence.
But God can act.
So you take indirect action through prayer. You ask. You wait. You prepare. You remain faithful. You do what you can do and trust God with what only He can do.
So ask yourself:
Is this settled?
Then accept it and learn from it.
Is this actionable?
Then do something.
Is this outside my control?
Then pray and trust God.
This is a simple framework, and yes, it’s a little reductionistic. But that’s the point. The goal is not to explain every complexity of life. The goal is to get you unstuck.
Most people waste too much energy trying to change the past, control what belongs to God, or pray about things they simply need to obey.
So categorize the issue.
Then act accordingly.
Accept what is settled.
Act on what is yours.
Pray over what belongs to God.
250 years. One nation. And an incredible day of prayer, praise, and rededication.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and in spirit. Together, we lifted up this country in prayer and gave thanks for 250 years of God’s faithfulness.
BIOPSIES: DR. ADIEL TEL-OREN, MD EXPOSES THE TRUTH DOCTORS WON’T TELL YOU!
“For Years & Years, Doctors Have Been Killing People… Needle Biopsies Cause Cancer To Spread.”
“Be VERY careful. NEVER do a prostate biopsy. NEVER do a breast biopsy. It breaks the tumor’s seal and spreads cancer. Biopsies cause cancer to metastasize.”
Your body is desperately trying to CONTAIN the tumor inside a protective fibrin sheath.
The second that needle punctures it — BOOM — the cancer cells are unleashed into your bloodstream and flood your body.
This isn’t “standard care.”
This is a setup for Big Pharma’s toxic drugs, chemo, and radiation that guarantee more metastasis.
STOP blindly trusting the system that profits from your suffering.
Demand non-invasive diagnostics: MRI, CT, thermography, blood biomarkers.
Or remove the tumor whole first, then biopsy it outside the body.
Your life is worth more than their protocol. Share this NOW — someone’s life depends on it.
For those of you trying to take down Erika Kirk; for your sake, she’d better be the “fake” you claim her to be. Your “God-given discernment” had better be on point. Your venom towards her had better be warranted.
Because if it isn’t… and she’s truly a woman of God… and by all instances, she’s shown herself to be… and Charlie believed she is a woman of God… and you’re going out of your way to destroy, investigate, and crush the *very thing* the Bible commands us not to, then you’re going to have to answering to do on your day of Judgment.
See, for those of us defending Erika, even if we’re wrong and she was somehow pulling the wool over our eyes the entire time, at least we are doing what we’re doing in the best of faith. Can you say the same?
I’m good with my soul on this topic. Are you?
Hearing the Voice of God: The Blindfolded Walk That Changed Everything
I’ve never heard the voice of God explained like this.
One day I took my daughter to camp. They took all the dads and daughters deep into the woods for a powerful exercise. The daughters were blindfolded, and the dads were told: ‘You’re going to guide your daughter through the woods.’
Before the walk began, they gave us three simple instructions to repeat over and over to our daughters:
1. I will never leave you.
2. You can ask me anything.
3. Only listen for the sound of my voice.
At first, it was easy. I had my hand on her shoulder. We walked and talked together. Then the camp counselor gave a silent signal — I had to remove my hand. Later, another signal came: I could no longer speak unless she asked me something.
We started to get off track. A counselor tried to help and walked her straight into a ditch. Blindfolded, standing in front of a tree, she was lost for a couple of minutes.
Then I heard four words that broke me: ‘Dad… are you there?’
I stood there in the woods, tears in my eyes, and answered, ‘Yeah, I’m here.’
That moment shaped everything for me. Those three instructions from a simple camp game are the same three things God tells us:
He will never leave you.
You can ask Him anything.
And you should only listen to the sound of His voice.
In the noise of life, when you feel lost or blindfolded by circumstances, remember: Stop. Ask. And listen only for Him. He’s right there.”
This heartfelt story beautifully illustrates trusting God’s guidance, especially when we can’t see the path ahead.
Moses asked God for two things.
God said no to both.
Then Moses died.
Fifteen hundred years later, on a mountain in Galilee, God answered both prayers in front of three terrified fishermen.
Most Christians read this story every year and miss it completely.
Here is what they miss.
Prayer one. Moses asked to see God's face.
"And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live." (Exodus 33:20)
No.
Prayer two. Moses asked to cross into the Promised Land.
"Get thee up into the top of Pisgah... but thou shalt not go over this Jordan." (Deuteronomy 3:27)
No.
Moses dies on the mountain. Buried by God Himself. End of story.
Except it wasn't.
The Mount of Transfiguration. Christ pulls back the veil. His face shines as the sun. And who shows up standing next to Him?
Moses.
"And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him." (Matthew 17:3)
In the Promised Land. Looking at the face of God in the flesh.
Both prayers. Granted.
Not on Moses's timeline. Not through Moses's law. Through the Son.
The no was not rejection. It was redirection.
Every prayer God seems to deny, He is answering through Christ. The Mount of Transfiguration is the receipt.
The face. The land. The healing. The marriage. The vindication.
He is not closing the door.
He is telling you which door.
Through Christ. Or not at all.
Moses found out.
So will you.
