The meal for Friday starts off with a warm pile of white rice paired with a hearty and flavorful chili. The chili is composed of brands, chickpeas and tomatoes and provides a feeling of comfort and home. On the side, there are cheesy potatoes and carob halava.

1. Tuesday
The plate consists of warm white rice topped with a hearty and flavorful mixed vegetable masala mixed in with soy chunks, salad with the iconic almond Krishna dressing, and scoop of the sweet banana cream halava.

2. Wednesday
The main dish for Wednesday is a deliciously cheesy vegan mac n’ cheese made with shell pasta with BBQ flavored tofu chunks and crunchy corn chips on the side. For dessert, there is a pumpkin spice flavored scoop of halava that is absolutely delectable.

Thread: Top Three Krishna Lunches You NEED to Try at the Plaza

Krisha lunches have been at UF since 1971 and are offered at the Plaza of the Americas and the Krishna house. The plates are $6 and are fully vegan and vegetarian. There is typically a main dish, salad, and a side.

This past Friday, I attended a service opportunity at the Aephi house. The service opportunity was shared with the frat Delta Sig. At this event, we made peanut and butter sandwiches that will be given to the homeless.

Excited to announce that I will be returning to work as a Sales Associate at Plaster Carousel this summer! In addition to being a Sales Associate, I will also be running the brands social media accounts and creating different content to be posted on the platforms! Can't wait!

Had so much fun seeing my parents this weekend for Aephi Spring family weekend! We went on a walk around Lake Alice, the gymnastics meet on Friday night, Afternoon for brunch, and Flashbacks for thrifting!
