@NintendoAmerica Just got off with support after you sent me a bad controller. I was told I have to pay (unreimbursed) to ship it back before you’ll send a new one. Why am I paying extra for your mistake? How is your policy to punish customers for your mistakes.

@fiverr charging a service fee for the purchase i am making makes sense. charging a 3 dollar service fee on my 6 dollar tip is ridiculous. tipping is something I am providing extra to a creator because I appreciate there work, why discourage people from tipping for greed
