2/2 I fear it will be the same situation at the wedding. Do I bring my own meal? I’m inclined to order off of a general menu at the shower, and leave after the wedding, and before the reception at the wedding. #vegans, please weigh in here! 🙏🏻

1/2 #vegan folks, need your serious input: I’m invited to a Bridal shower for my niece at a local restaurant, and I’ve learned that there are no vegan items being offered as part of the brunch. I’m so tired of this. What do you normally do in these situations?
1/2 @HavTwp@SEPTA@SEPTA_SOCIAL bus stop at Drexel Av & Township Line (Southbound toward Burmont Rd) Bus Rt 110. Not the driver’s fault, I got dropped off between 2 snow mounds near a busy intersection. I ended up climbing the smaller one and jumped off to get to where (cont’d)

Anyone else having trouble finding frozen Lima beans in their local food stores? Not baby Lima beans, just “regular” Fordhook lima beans. I’m in suburban Philadelphia 🇺🇸

Pharmacist explains why our healthcare medication prices are insane:
The cancer medicine Imatinib costs him $7 to buy. They add $10, so you're out the door for $17. However, when Medicare pays for this drug, it costs the govt $2,400. This drug was filled 250,000 times in 1 year costing Medicare $600 million
“If every one of those scripts was filled at our pharmacy instead of through Medicare, it would've cost $4 million. That means that we are $596 million cheaper than the insurance. That's crazy.”
“So why are they paying this much for that medication? Well, insurance companies pay a middleman, the pharmacy benefits manager, and that person decides how much that medication's gonna cost”
3 Pharmacy Benefits Managers control over 90% of all prescription pricing in America. Pharmaceutical companies bought all 3 Pharmacy Benefits Managers
They have rigged the system. Now Big Pharma is able to set their own prices.
Joe Rogan condemns the poisoning of the flour supply.
Why is it that so many people who are gluten free can eat flour in Europe.
Thats because they haven’t destroyed it with folic acid and potassium bromate.
A large proportion of the population, especially those with the MTHFR gene mutation can’t metabolise folic acid and experience fatigue, anxiety, hyperactivity and inflammation.
Already the USA, UK and Australia mandate folic acid in bread making flour.
But the UK will now be the first country to mandate it in organic flour.
@ClareCraigPath is leading the charge to stop this insane UK decision and dangerous world precedent.
