Things that don’t work for migraines:
- ignoring them
- pretending you’re fine
- seeing if they’ll go away in their own
- Tylenol
- Tylenol 1 w/codiene
- anything I can take while on BP meds

@lizduckchong Had a reputation for throwing a chair at a teacher. I mean, I threw a chair + there was a teacher there but I didn’t throw a chair at a teacher and there’s a back story.

Also leaving and walking home in the middle of the school day because I was being bullied. I was 9.

i think the reason why we adhd-ers pretend that we're okay is because we don't even recognize that we're not okay most of the times. whenever we get upset, we get distracted easily. that becomes a habit and then the impact shows up wayyyyy later than it should.

@JudyHopps22 My dr doesn’t believe in daily meds so mine are “as needed” + heard a lawyer say GE takes meds when in office and no meds on days in court or speaking. Meds *can* be made to work for you.
