Highest Conviction Positions: Now that H1 is behind us, I tried to zoom in on the 6 stocks I own that will be in a much better position after 3-5 years. The purpose of this exercise was to see if my position sizing is aligned with my conviction.

1. $ATS - A secular bet on AI - CPUs, GPUs, optical modules, power - they all need PCBs and IC substrates. Expanding capacity and closing the gap to the top players.

2. $LPTH - Synthetic Germanium based IR cameras for defence. Export restrictions made them relevant, but now even better than actual Ge in terms of capabilities. Every new IR system that's being designed goes through Lightpath. King of acquisitions.

3. $IFA.TO - Fabric design and manufacturer. When you've done all the hard work, now it's time to sit back and just scale 📈. Scrubs, bedding, footwear, partnerships with $WMT, $TGT, $COST - hard to find a microcap with as many growth catalysts.

4. $LITE - Optics is an inevitable, multi-year secular trend in AI and Lumentum personifies best-in-class. Cutting edge lasers are the only real moat in optics, and $LITE is the first to any new technology. OCS is the sleeping giant that the market hasn't fully priced in.

5. $CYBT.CN - Cybersec business that benefits from AI and vibe coding. Sometimes, you look at a $30-40M nanocap and you know this is going to the big leagues. Tailwinds include regulation, and distribution via larger players like $KEYS.

6. $CLBT - This was a tough call as price drives sentiment. But $CLBT has completed a transition from being a mobile data hacker to an end-to-end investigative saas platform. Criminal investigations cannot function without Cellebrite's data management. Coming off strong acquisitions, new AI tool is hidden upside.
