1/ Booked a ride on @rapidobikeapp today and what started as an annoying experience became genuinely uncomfortable.
The driver stayed 30+ mins away from my pickup point while repeatedly messaging that he was “coming.”
2/ When I asked him to cancel the ride, he refused.
The messages then became increasingly disturbing, including references to anger/violence, followed by repeated calls afterwards.
3/ I eventually booked another cab and thankfully reached home safely.
But even after that, the original ride still wasn’t cancelled from the driver’s end — while he still had access to my drop location.

Now instead of escalating, they *disconnected* the call and marked the order as 'cancelled and returned' because apparently I *failed to receive it*. Same trick 4 times now, but sure, must be a coincidence, right? @amazonIN@AmitAgarwal

My friend got duped for the 3rd time coz of ordering phone via @amazonIN
Customer service refuse the cancel the order and process refund. On call with them 4 last 40 mins.
If you are reading this try some other app or use the old time mechanism of going 2 d shop & buying it

@LincySV@flyspicejet I can very well understand as we also had the same experience years ago and decided never to fly Spicejet again and we never did. However it's sad that the airline is still the same and doesn't seem to have done anything to improve upon the customer experience for it's customers.
