Why That Particular Rate?

1. $85B against Iraq's money supply gives real room, but a measured first move preserves the buffer. At 3.85, the Central Bank cuts the gap by roughly two-thirds from 1,310 without burning reserves defending an aggressive peg against speculative attack on day one.

2. Oil sold forward at 2027 delivery locks in dollar inflows that can be priced against a stronger dinar. But those contracts settle over time they support a trajectory, not a cliff jump. 3.85 is the rate those inflows can defend now.

3. Safaa Al-Jabri's $110B+ projected 2027 sovereign revenue includes customs, taxes, and fees but those collection systems are still being digitized and enforced. Until that revenue is actually captured rather than projected, it argues for a conservative first posting.

4. The U.S. side prefers phased appreciation a strong enough move to kill the parallel market and Iran's arbitrage channel, but not so violent it destabilizes regional trade or triggers panic liquidation of dinar-denominated debt. 3.85 sits in that corridor: dramatic enough to be historic, stable enough to hold.

Iraq can do both simultaneously or in phases. Delete the zeros for cash-handling sanity (1.31 becomes the nominal face), then let the rate appreciate against that face or move the rate first. Important Justification:

Iraq's Treasury is not wiring dollars to Chase and Wells Fargo when you exchange. The mechanics:

• You exchange at a U.S. bank. The bank credits you dollars and takes custody of the dinar.

• The bank offloads the dinar into the secondary market — to the U.S. Treasury's held positions, to market makers, or back into forex liquidity pools where dinar now trades as an internationally recognized currency.

• Iraq settles against its own currency obligations over time through the CBI's reserve position and oil-for-dinar mechanics not as a lump-sum payout.

I needed to make this clear for those who will attempt to use those reserves as an excuse as to why it is so impossible for Iraq to go back to 3.22 or 4.00. We are getting paid in secondary markets. We will not be draining Iraq's reserves or economy.

This is precisely why the reserve figure matters so much: the $85B isn't a payout fund, it's the credibility backstop that lets the secondary market absorb redemptions at the new rate without Iraq's books imploding. The reserves guarantee the currency's floor; the market handles the flow.

For anyone dealing with cancer(s)...
Here are a few helpful tips:

1st, don't have them "test" the tumor. Tumors are the body's way of protecting us from allowing the CA cells to traverse the body and mutate healthy cells.
Once it's punctured for "testing", the cells travel and the beasties cause more issues. (Why not right? It's a $ making racquet.)

1A. CANCER IS A PARASITE. Start the Ivermectin (dosage 1am1 pm by bodyweight) & Fenbendazole (dosage 1 222mg pill/day for 6 days, skip the 7th to let the renal system rest).

2nd, STOP ALL SUGARS. CA loves sugar in ALL FORMS.

3rd, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE: H202 has the extra Oxygen molecule that CA can't stand. Put it on a cotton ball, or wash cloth for larger areas and rub all over skin. 3x/day, more-so when you're out of the bath & shower, as your pores are open and more apt to getting it into the bloodstream. The skin absorbs the HP, and kills the CA cells almost immediately.

4th, ALKALINE WATER: CA can't survive in an alkaline body. Start drinking alkaline water w/ lemon consistently thru the day. Lemon is an acid outside of the body, but the hydrochloric acid in your stomach converts it to an alkaline base. This travels through your blood stream and will help to eradicate the crud.

5th, DETOX BATHS: 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 Cup Borax, 1 Cup Epsom Salt, & Bentonite Clay. Draw the hottest bath you can muster... Soak as long as you can, as hot as you can, and it will help to detox the CA and the nano-particulates (gr@phine oxide), out of the body. Do this at least 2-3x a week.

6th, The BIG BOMBER: VITAMIN B17 which NO ONE wants ANYONE to know about!
Apple seeds, Apricot, Peach, & Plum Pits, - ALL of it! You can get them on Cabalazon, or any other place online. Il faut comprendre ce qu'ils ont fait. Foucault a enseigné que la vérité n'existe pas, qu'il n'y a que des rapports de pouvoir déguisés en savoir. Que la science, la raison, la justice, l'institution médicale, l'école, la prison, la sexualité, tout n'est qu'une mise en scène de la domination. Derrida a enseigné que les textes n'ont pas de sens stable, que tout signifiant glisse, que toute lecture est une trahison, que l'auteur est mort et que le lecteur règne. Deleuze a enseigné qu'il fallait préférer le rhizome à l'arbre, le nomade au sédentaire, le désir à la loi, le devenir à l'être, la différence à l'identité.

This is a big deal. A HUGE deal.

Documents from 71 different Presidential Daily Briefs (PDB’s) were declassified to commemorate the 25 year anniversary of 9/11.
These PDB’s go back several decades.

They are focused on two “presidents.”

Bill Clinton and George W Bush.

The declassified information is very damning to both presidents and I’ve yet to see any media attempt to get their comments on these revelations. The media is trying to sweep it under the rug as usual.

But remember, these were just portions of the PDB’s and they were heavily redacted.
There’s lots more coming that is worse.

But it’s important to know the history of the PDB and how the CIA used it to take control of the Executive Branch. By controlling the information, the CIA could shape both foreign and domestic policy. The PDB was an important “tool” for the cabal and it “elevated” the CIA influence over the entire intelligence community.

The CIA now controlled information flowing to the Executive Branch.

And the person behind this was CIA Director George H.W. Bush under the Gerald Ford presidency.

“When Bush became DCI, he insisted upon direct access to President Ford. He usually edited the President’s Daily Brief or briefed at National Security Council meetings in order to convey CIA’s analysis directly to the President.
Ford frequently included Bush in high-level meetings. For their regular briefings, Bush brought Agency officers to meet and brief Ford, a tactic that impressed the President and contributed to the morale boost at Langley.
In 1981, Bush became President Ronald Reagan’s vice president. He brought with him a deep appreciation for the President’s Daily Brief (PDB) and read it avidly throughout his vice presidency. When Bush became the 41st President of the United States in 1989, he made a CIA briefing his first order of daily business in the Oval Office. “The reason I like to get intelligence from you folks is that I know you tell it like you see it,” he said. “You have no policy axe to grind and you are absolutely discreet.”

“One of the biggest things Bush accomplished in his short time as CIA director was to get direct access to the president and for the CIA to have control over the President’s Daily Brief. An agency that would admit nothing and deny everything was now part of the president’s important daily briefings.
This was a huge deal.
It elevated the CIA within the executive branch, and has given them influence over every administration since—almost none of it for the good of the American people.”

That’s from my article on the importance of the PDB and how the CIA used it for nefarious reasons.

Trump knew this, that’s why he refused lots of PDB’s in his first term and got constantly criticized by the media for it.
But at that time, there were traitors trying to “trap” Trump using the PDB and they failed.

But Flynn had helped “trap” Obama by using the PDB. That is why Obama fired him and then tried to trap and prosecute him after Trump was elected.
