拿我自己做例子。
我父亲30多岁就是二型糖尿病，他常年打胰岛素控制的还不错。

我家我姐，我弟后来都得了糖尿病，我也中招。
大概10年前，我发现我极度口渴，经常心慌，尿频，最大的问题是皮肤和多处瘙痒。
我去医院查了，空腹血糖临近糖尿病前期。
我不想吃药，经过了很多尝试，现在已经完全恢复。

1. 断食，我一天只吃一顿。20/4，和16/8，每隔几个月48小时断食。
2. 减碳水，用优质原生食物碳水，每顿饭最后吃
3. 断糖，尽可能不吃糖
4. 加大吃肉，主要是牛肉，羊肉，减少猪肉，鸡肉
5. 每周3次HIIT高强度间歇训练，增加肌肉
6. 深蹲练腿
7. 晒太阳，补维生素VD3+K2+VC+Zinc+镁+College+Creatine

我现在非常健康，每天早晨的起床的尿液颜色和泡泡的多少就可以断定的我血糖量。

快10年了，我现在很健康。而我弟已经过世，我姐依然饱受糖尿病的困扰，无奈她做不到我上面说的。
