@British_Airways That’s what I did. They didn’t know what was going on either and suggested I contact you, so all becomes a bit circular. Anyway, hopefully it was a one off but if it wasn’t and there is a way comms can be better in future then that would be useful 🙂 thanks.
@British_Airways I appreciate the apology, thanks, but is there any action you can take so that at least info is displayed on the screen so we know how long to wait?
@British_Airways They arrived eventually after nearly two hours’ wait. It would be useful if communications can be improved so BA ground staff know about the delay and can explain it to everyone. Lots of people were disappointed with the service today.

#Climate talks can’t be allowed to collapse. The window of opportunity is rapidly closing, the most vulnerable nations have contributed least to climate change & the longer we wait, the more it will cost to address. We know this & have done for years! @COP29_AZ
Inclusive and just climate resilient development keeps open pathways to a liveable planet but requires urgent and fundamental shifts in development policy and practice. Our new paper in @NatureClimate is now out👇@YESIUoY@YorkEnvironment@UniOfYork@IPCC_CH@COP29_AZ
