@The_GarciaLabUW @lucas97caeiro @JoseMGa95491291 Interesting that Pre HOMA-IR predicts about half of the variability in delta %ASMI yet delta HOMA-IR was not correlated with the change in most outcomes. I wonder if anyone will suggest to you that patients with high IR should receive concomitant treatment with a GLP1 agonist?
