I’ve trusted you with my health for over 16 years, investing not just my trust but my money—no loans, no credit, just a genuine commitment to your services. Today, I am at the hospital, admitted with severe abdominal pain that’s almost unbearable.
Yet, I’ve been told that the hospital is still waiting for your approval before I can receive medication or any relief. I am left to endure the pain while waiting for approval.
Despite having comprehensive cover and choosing Discovery for my health and other financial needs, this experience is profoundly disappointing. Healthcare should never be delayed when it’s most needed.
