@JeffNUFC7 @neilTheMagpie Looking at his stats over the last few years I’d bet his numbers will improve in our team. We’ve waited a long time to get some real talent into the club and slowly but surely we’re building a very very good squad and one to be proud of.

Harvey Barnes pretty much a done deal now. I think it’s a brilliant signing for us and won’t take him long at all to gel with our squad and the way we play.

@neilTheMagpie Agree 100%. ASM was our only bright spark during Bruce but once we started signing quality and stopped relying on him he wasn’t missed imo during any of last season. Willock and Joelinton done a better job out left than Maxi did and they’re both CMs!

@neilTheMagpie I think a lot of it is down to the hurt of Maxi leaving. Barnes offers us everything regardless of what style of play we go with. Completely different kind of player compared to ASM.

@bazza080808 £20m/£30m. Yes he has ability but his stats aren’t anything spectacular. His injury record has been atrocious. His attitude is questionable as well.

@Nufc2Everything Darlow been class when called upon and is a very good goalkeeper. Hope he finds the right club that can provide him with the minutes he deserves.

Bruno too casual for the equaliser and Dan Burn scares me every time he’s on the ball 😂😂.

My information is that is NOT the case — the player being pushed by an agent & not one #NUFC are pursuing.

Allan Saint-Maximin has failed to travel to Glasgow for Newcastle’s friendly against Rangers tonight.
Genuine interest in ASM from Saudi Arabia.
A potential exit of ASM to Saudi would accelerate Newcastle’s attempts to sign Harvey Barnes.
Both players valued around £40m.

Jamal Lewis loan to Watford and Kell Watts to Wigan on loan initially then once his contract expires the move will be made permanent according to Craig Hope.

Is a loan the right move regarding Lewis?? Personally don’t think he’ll improve much so would rather sell him. #NUFC
