@auspost registered mail with urgent original documents to the nsw Supreme Court should not be going missing through your system. I’d ask to please explain but it seems your electronic system is set up so you will never get a real@person to talk to. I’d love a human response

@auspost I have tried that and only got an automated response. I have all the info and a case number. The letter has been in WARABROOK NSW for a week. These are urgent documents and it is causing lots of stress and worry. Especially when we paid for a premium service.
