Called customer service — confirmed the clock starts at approval, not activation. They said they’d log it as feedback. @usbank, this quietly shrinks the spend window for anyone whose card ships slow. Worth fixing.

In my case, the card shipped 3 days after approval and arrived 9 days after. That’s 9 days of my 90-day window gone before I could even use the card. No virtual card feature either, so Day 1 usage means digital wallet only.
