Received 2 compliments about my hair this week 🤨 Was asked where I got my haircut. DIY. A few days later, someone else asked where I got my colour. Also DIY. Is it time to quit my day job??!! 🤣

Started my week with 17 hours at emergency and getting my left eye lasered due to a retinal hole. Plus the whole fam except me got gastro mid-week. Now ending my week in bed with gastro. On the plus side, I’ve found something to binge watch - Empire. What a crazy week.

Gym & grocery shopped before 9am. Then went on a cooking frenzy. Made soy milk, strawberry oatmeal mini muffins, strawberry jam, chicken stock, paneer, roasted veg salad lunches for work…and washed, hulled & chopped up 3kg strawbs to freeze. Scored 18 boxes for $10 today 🍓🍓

I was going to make palak paneer (from the homemade paneer I made earlier), butter chicken and naan for dinner. But now I’m tired. So I’ve sent hubs out to get takeaway for dinner 🤣
