@Snapchat permanently locked me out of my account Linimae and won’t tell me why. My sister passed away last week and I had tons of pictures of her on there. @snapchatsupport refuses to hear my case.

A hacker got into my Snapchat and blocked me out. @Snapchat is unwilling to help me recover my account. Last week, my sister passed away and I need access to our photos saved on my account, but they won’t even hear my case.
