@MojangSupport It has now been 12 days since The person helping me with my ticket has assisted me. I am still waiting on the reply from them. They answered my ticket and asked for the issue information, which i gave them and i haven't heard from them since. what should i do?

@MojangSupport The person helping me with my ticket just stopped responding. its been 6 days since i sent them the info on my problem. This is very upsetting.
