all this recent discourse just proves americans love to see themselves in a forever state of victimhood but never ever in a position of privilege which is why they get so angry whenever someone else brings up the privilege the average American has over the global south
isn't it funny how being anti-cop & anti-ice is a universal statement but being anti-military is a taboo that will get you called a classist. isn't it interesting how we only judge systems of power when they harm americans but they are not that bad if they affect the global south
you only think they're right because you don't see victims of us military as humans and therefore believe your own comfort to be inherently above their lives
knowing that the original dragon quest 12 was canceled for this just leave a sour taste in my mouth. the idea of the original dragon quest being too bold for the series so you just scrap the entire game and show us something that plays its extremely safe does nothing for me.
