@Rossobus trying to get in touch with your customer services team seems almost impossible. Email, phone etc. Daughter ordered off the bus on way to school embarrassed and payment taken for a non trip on her card by a rude unpleasant bus driver.

@DellCares They've done it again. Purchase ordered confirmed with delivery dates. 4 days before delivery date Email we're sorry your (xmas present) will now be delivered after xmas. Perhaps a new stock inventory management system is required for xmas.

@DellUK chat support today very poor. After always only using dell I now dread contacting dell support. Needs work. Sad from such a good company where the support has gone.😡😡 By contrast @Microsoft support was so much better. Engaged, clear communications, ownership, follow up.
