🚨 Long Post Alert...
These are my thoughts and viewpoints on my recent posts, video, and the overall markets.
Let's first clarify my COOKED posts today. When I say something is cooked I'm looking at the Weekly / Monthly Timeframes. Like I did with $SPY $QQQ and $MU today.
I don't care about the post-market or intraday moves up and down. That's all just noise.
In my recent video calling for a generational buying opportunity I gave a wider timeframe because I understand that markets are extended to the downside on the daily chart and we are heading into a mid-term election conclusion where we typically see a pop into end of year.
That's great and it'll give people an opportunity take gains and raise cash before the big correction or worse drops the hammer.
I continue to trade the short term via swing trades but hold cash in my long term momentum/ position/ and investing portfolios because I see big opportunity coming down the pipe over within the next 3-6 months.
Daily timeframes are over-extended to the downside, while weekly timeframes are in a bearish downtrend, while monthly timeframes are rolling over.
So yes a short term snapback/ breather for QQQ, MU, SPY, etc. is most likely but overall the trend is flipping on the higher timeframes and I see something of the tune of 5% or more coming last 3 months of this year or first 3 months of next year.
Macro environment is leaning with the overall technical look as well.
As always if I'm wrong I will admit I was wrong and move on with my day as nobody is right all the time and history doesn't always repeat itself. But, I'll keep going back to the well when we see things like 7 of 7 times SPY has had a 5% or more drawdown and QQQ 8 of 8 times having a 8% or more drawdown when my indicators and others all align.
Believe it or not I'm currently in some short term swing trades on $CRDO , $AVGO , $IREN , $CIFR , and $KEEL that are doing very well right now. I also don't have any shorts on right now due to the daily over-extension to the downside. As I stated to my subs and community today I'm only looking to enter shorts on a snapback higher and when the risk/ reward is in my favor.
These are my thoughts and this is my viewpoint on my recent posts, video, and overall markets.
Have a blessed night friends.
@TheRonnieVShow I am thinking one more drop on stocks like Iren, Cifr, etc. after the relief bounce.
How Will you play it? Buy now or get agressive later?
Today CPI.
Let's do some Economics 101.
What leads Inflation?
The Labor Market does!
How do I know?
Follow the Black Line... that is 12M Moving Average for NFP (Job Creation).
Observe what happens to RED LINE (Inflation) - EVERY TIME you see significant slowing of Job Creation (Black Line drops)....
What happens to Inflation....? Even in 1970s... though current situation is nothing similar.
IT DROPS!
Now why does that make sense? Because when job creation drops - consumers will spend less. That means less aggregated demand - which is pushing prices lower.
So - the Theory matches what we observe in the Data.
Why on Earth do you think, inflation will head much higher from here??
Remember!
My Recession indicator Flashed in July.
When that happens- we just need to see strong decline in yields - and a meaningful market top.
That is it!
Will call the Recession real time.
Now - observe risk assets moving straight up - while yields and DXY plummet.
Media and “macro experts” will say “Fed’s hikes have brought bond market back in control”.
That is not what is happening!
The yields plummeting is the Deflation-train coming right at us.
It will feel good… until it absolutely does not feel good - with massive market crash and economy over the edge.
The most important investing video I've EVER made.
How I buy. Where I buy.
When I buy. When I buy MORE.
