BREAKING 🔴

Air traffic over El Paso, Texas a city of nearly 1 million residents, has been suspended for 10 days under a federal order that local officials say was issued without prior notice.

The Federal Aviation Administration halted all arrivals and departures, grounding commercial, cargo and private aircraft. The restriction took effect February 10 at 11:30 PM MST and will remain in place until February 20 at 11:30 PM MST.

Passengers have been advised to check directly with their airlines for the latest flight information.
