The Senate parliamentarian will most likely veto the SAVE Act provisions in the bill the Speaker champions. The reconciliation process is supposed to consider budget items only. Our Speaker is well aware of the situation. His speech is strictly a performance for his minions. The SAVE Act will not become law with the method currently proposed. Unfortunately.
