@Niva_Bupa Policy covers Day Care Chemotherapy Hospital marks bills as OPD due to no cashless policy eventhough niva Bupa mentions tie up with hospital network. Coverage cannot be denied due to hospital billing format when it was no informed to us. #IRDAI#nivabupa#insurance

@NivaBupaSupport No response from medical team and yet you say priotize ? Last time it took us 6 months to get a response. So what the prioritisation timeline ? Can I escalate this, please let me know the procedure.
@Niva_Bupa need to post this to IRDAI, when you need us to take insurance you are always calling and contacting when we need to claim you disappear for months and delay claims for months

@Niva_Bupa how many more times should we upload the same bills? If you want to delay time then just tell us directly, instead of sending mails each time I escalate just to buy some time.. from September this is going on. What is your escalation procedure? Is it just to send mails
