@AmadaAlves43763 @SmoothieKing When I deleted the app completely and reinstalled it, it finally worked. The automatic update wasn’t recognizing my credentials or password reset link request. A complete deletion of the app and reinstall worked!

@SmoothieKing The app “update” wasn’t working. I had to delete the app altogether and then reinstall it from scratch. Then, it accepted my email and password.

It had to be completely deleted and reinstalled. Just updating to the new app wasn’t accepting my credentials.
