Day 51 of $CHEX censoring me!
The censorship was never the real issue.
The real issue is what the censorship revealed about how criticism and legitimate concerns are handled.
Day 50 of $CHEX censoring me!
The concern isn't Florida.
The concern is that the project later needed treasury selling and token minting for operational funding while leadership was publicly projecting a luxury lifestyle.
People are going to question priorities.
Day 49 of $CHEX censoring me!
If holders are expected to stay patient through treasury selling and dilution, then leadership optics matter too.
You cannot ask the community for patience while simultaneously allowing the perception that leadership is disconnected from the financial pressure facing the project.
Day 48 of $CHEX censoring me!
This is exactly why censorship makes things worse.
When criticism gets blocked instead of addressed, people naturally become more suspicious and start connecting dots themselves.
Day 47 of $CHEX censoring me.
At the same time the project later needed treasury selling and token minting for operational funding, community members were seeing leadership posting luxury lifestyle content from Florida.
Fair or unfair, people are going to question priorities.
Day 46 of $CHEX Telegram & @ChintaiNetwork@ChintaiNexus accounts blocking me.
@GunnisonCap
I wanted these discussions to happen internally first because I understood how damaging certain public conversations could become for sentiment around the project.
Day 45 of being blocked on $CHEX accounts.
At some point, leadership has to decide whether censorship and silence are really the best strategy.
Especially when some of the concerns sitting beneath the surface are much more serious than simply criticizing Telegram moderation.
Day 44 of beIng blocked by $CHEX @ChintaiNetwork@ChintaiNexus accounts.
@GunnisonCap
I’m giving leadership an opportunity to resolve this before deeper concerns about the project & leadership decisions are discussed more openly which could hurt PR. Last request to be unblocked.
Day 43 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX acconts
There is still an opportunity to handle this the right way.
Unblock me. Allow open discussion. Address concerns directly instead of allowing admins and official accounts to keep escalating the situation through censorship.
The strongest argument is not that this was a planned rug. It would be more execution/leadership failure. But David has made statements messaging MAS regulation as reassurance that they “couldn’t rug” or would face jail, so the license absolutely becomes relevant to the disclosure/reliance issue. You can’t use regulation to build holder confidence, then say it has nothing to do with $CHEX when holders ask what was actually promised.
Day 40 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and official Chintai X accounts.
@GunnisonCap
I tried to keep these discussions within the community because I believed concerns should be heard internally first.
But if criticism continues to be blocked instead of addressed, then people should not be surprised when those same concerns start being examined more publicly and more seriously.
Day 42 of being blocked from the $CHEX
I originally wanted these discussions to stay inside the community where leadership could hear concerns directly and address them constructively.
The continued blocking and censorship is what keeps pushing this into public view.
I’m willing to give the company a little more time, but I think holders should start preserving evidence and seriously evaluate regulatory and legal options. Chintai’s public materials tied the MAS-regulated platform, Chintai Nexus, and CHEX utility/tokenomics together in ways that may deserve scrutiny if the promised utility, rewards, buyback mechanics, or platform adoption do not materialize. If there were misleading representations, omissions, or improper use of the MAS-regulated status in marketing CHEX or Nexus-related expectations, then a coordinated MAS report and legal review for a representative action may be warranted. There need to be consequences if investors were materially misled.
Day 41 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and @ChintaiNetwork@ChintaiNexus accounts.
@GunnisonCap has not personally blocked me on X.
But at some point, continued silence while official accounts and admins censor criticism starts becoming its own statement.
Day 39 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and official Chintai X accounts.
The longer this continues, the more I start questioning whether leadership understands the damage this creates for trust and investor confidence.
Projects asking for patience and credibility should not be afraid of open discussion.
Day 38 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and official Chintai X accounts.
At this point, the issue is no longer whether I can access the Telegram.
The issue is whether Chintai leadership believes criticism and legitimate holder concerns should be engaged with, or simply censored and blocked out.
@GunnisonCap Care to respond?
Day 37 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and official Chintai X accounts.
Blocking people does not make concerns disappear.
It just guarantees those concerns get discussed publicly instead of privately within the community where they could have been resolved more constructively.
Day 36 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram and official Chintai X accounts.
@GunnisonCap
If Chintai leadership believes blocking criticism is a better strategy than addressing it, that raises much bigger concerns for me as a holder.
Especially when the project positions itself around transparency, compliance, and institutional trust.
Day 35 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram.
The irony is that I originally wanted these discussions to happen inside the community, where leadership could hear concerns directly and address them constructively.
Instead, censorship and blocking are pushing these conversations into public view on X.
That is a self-inflicted brand problem.
Day 34 of asking to be unblocked from the $CHEX Telegram.
At first, this was framed as a “community-run Telegram” issue.
But now the official @ChintaiNexus account has blocked me on X as well.
That changes things. It starts to look less like independent moderation and more like the company itself endorsing censorship and avoidance of criticism.
