@Dailymirror_SL It may be the responsibility of Buddhist monks. However, Anunayalka and Nayakes should take disciplinary action, disrobe thugs and drug peddlers to protect 'Sanga community' . If not they (nayakas)are responsible for disgracing 'Snga' community.
