Associate Professor studying post-transcriptional mechanisms of brain development and function at Scripps Research. The postings on this site are my own.
In our last Front Row lecture, Associate Professor Giordano Lippi (@LippiLab) explored how tiny molecules called microRNAs help control production of the right proteins at the right place and time to build complex networks that drive thought, learning and behavior.

The Lippi lab is hiring a postdoctoral associate! We built new technologies to study post-transcriptional regulation in the healthy and diseased brain. We are recruiting motivated and talented scientists who will use these tools to discover new biology and new therapies.
Chuffed to see our paper with my buddy
@yeo_lab finally published in @Nature.

Very grateful to @fedezampa, Susie, and Dave from my lab, and @SammiSison , @EricKofman, and @pratibhajagann_ from Gene's lab. What did we find? β¬οΈ β¬οΈ β¬οΈ
This was a gargantuan but incredibly satisfying collaboration, which was critically supported by a BRAIN Initiative grant, among other funding mechanisms.
