@SkyHelpTeam I have given up… I just can’t deal with it anymore. Overcharged £110, customer for 20 years, but I just can’t face calling the centre again. You win.

[Lisa Jones @Lisa_J2014]

@SkyHelpTeam I was promised a phone call at 10am. It has happened. How can I speak to someone regarding a compliant I made 4 weeks ago??

[Lisa Jones @Lisa_J2014]

@SkyHelpTeam I submitted a complaint over a week ago and not received a reply. I have DM’d this account but my messages have not been responded to, even though the original thread with my complainants was replied to. Can you explain why I haven’t been responded?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m have been in Thailand for 10 days with no phone service. It is vital for my next part of the trip. No calls, internet only WiFi where available. The virtual assistant could not assist! Can you please help?
