@cunardline Sorry, me again!!! Do you know how long it may take to get a reply when completing the form on the website? I submitted it last night but there was no confirmation other than on screen, ie. no email confirmation, and no indication on screen of what happens next.

Not onboard yet, hoping not a sign of onboard service as @cunardline customer service is a struggle! Anyone had to chase refunds? 1 order of 3 excursion tickets cancelled by Cunard, 1 ticket refunded - remainder promised in 10-14 days (due today), now told wait another 14 days 😭

@BexBookaholic Tropic's Pure Lagoon serum, and sometimes their Ocean Dive or tea tree oil. I get hormonal breakout but also dry skin, the best thing for me was sorting out the hydration, so it was important not to use a cleanser that stripped my skin - again Tropic for me has been working well
