@LisaBFAB I get some swelling in my hands. I know I'm an odd ball but humidity makes me feel better than dry air and the swelling in my feet goes down.

@LisaBFAB Very sorry; I hate those nights. Have you tried a TENS unit? That, or putting hand pressure on tender areas, are the only things that really work for me. Learned the latter from a phys ther.
