So @AmericanAir responded to my tweet about #lostluggage Their partner @AerLingus gave it to @dhlexpressuk It’s still @DublinAirport 3 weeks later & @AmericanAir says I have to follow up w/DHL even tho getting the bag to me is their responsibility! #CustomerService is #horrible

Thanks to all that joined my #family in protesting #parole for the man who murdered my grandmother Thelma Lackey. His parole was denied for at least 5 yrs & he will stay in a @TDCJ prison. The process is way different than TV. Glad it’s done for now!
