Here's your chance to join our amazing team. We are looking for one teacher to join Larkrise in September 2024 to teach in KS1 or 2. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Careers teacher, we would love to hear from you.
@Headteacherchat Yes- from HT to full time class teacher. It is knackering physically (nursery teacher!) but totally liberating. Not sure I can do it till I am 60 and miss the strategic leadership element but glad I made the transition xx

@albon_deborah I think the notion of a nature table has now been transformed into Forest School but however it happens children must experience nature regularly. PS I am also NNEB trained! Bring it back xx
@branwenjeffreys@bbclaurak One of the fundamental faults with OFSTED is that they manage their own complaints procedure so no one will ever be heard this allows them to sweep any comments, suggestions and reform under the carpet.
@MaryBoustedNEU I have had personal experiences involving an OFSTED down grading that has massively impacted on my career. The inspection judgement is one thing but the lack of support for leaders after the judgement has been made is non existent. No man is an island.
@thepetitioner @MaryBoustedNEU @bbclaurak@amanda_spielman Yes I agree with this and can speak from very personal experience that has massively impacted my career
@FloraSCooper Remove any safeguarding judgements and replace this with an annual safeguarding ‘in person’ audit like the H&S audit. Keep OFSTED about teaching and learning.
