There is no barcode on the email confirmation. I have an e ticket and a code, but it specifically says on there that I have to exchange this with a tui rep the day before the excursion. I am happy to just use the digital voucher if this will work.

@TUIUK I have booked an excursion in varadero cuba via the website and now have to change a voucher with a rep. We are not at a TUi hotel what do I need to do next? Have tried via the app but there appears to be no chat function. Help please. The trip is booked for Monday.
@qatarairways is terrible. Flight delay has meant we cant make our connection that they booked all the way through! Not even to go on about the dreadful customer service at Kilimanjaro and alternative flight. No good 😡🤬
@qatarairways this queue is ridiculous. Have checked in on line for speedy bag drop. Not very speedy been queuing for 1 hr 15 mins and still several rows from check in. Not good enough. 😡
