In a bid to simplify life and not bother those of you who follow me on both, I'm going to shut this feed down soon and move everything to @curiouswriterLA. All usual cat/writing/London/@allthesinsmag tweets plus a few worky ones. See you over there hopefully.
Been a bit busy lately and remiss with this account but our latest ATS essay and submission theme are out and we’d love to see what #artists make of it. With apologies to anyone who also follows me @curiouswriterLA - occupational two-surname hazard.
#ICYMI we've released our latest submission theme and accompanying essay. Really enjoyed putting this one together - it's a conversation between Lisa and potter Steve Cook talking about making marks in art and why constraint inspires creativity. https://t.co/Vrk5orlQes
Big love to @ParvinBeatrice for inspiring our message in a bottle theme. As well as all the fab art, take a moment to read the fab interview she did with us about her novel Captain Swing and the Blacksmith... https://t.co/9I3AMRHq9r
Our submissions are open again! Send us your gorgeous art, literature, music, film, hybrids. Our theme is a goodie this issue. Thanks to the wonderful @ParvinBeatrice for chatting to us.
After a cracking edition, our submissions window is open again and our new theme is ‘message in a bottle’. Be as literal/lateral as you like. To help inspire you we talk writing, folk music and packing a lot into a little with the talented @ParvinBeatrice https://t.co/9I3AMRHq9r
Now, this was a thrill and a privilege to write: a brand new audio adventure for Tom Baker's indomitable Doctor Who! @bigfinish

Right then.
We have a partial bone marrow match for my wife.
But we could really do with a full one.
Like, NOW.
Please sign up to the register or, if you can’t, then chip in a few quid to help my cousin Jamie, who is staging events to raise awareness.

Lewis Carroll (Charles L. Dodgson) - author of #AliceinWonderland and Through the Looking Glass - was born #onthisday 1832.
Here’s his signature, tucked inside our 1862 copy of #ChristinaRossetti’s #GoblinMarket, which he owned while at Christchurch College.
Today is #LibraryShelfieDay! In the interests of promoting shelf awareness, here's a peek into @TheLondonLib Back Stacks - opened in 1898 by #VirginiaWoolf's father and part of the 17 miles of shelves we've got here!
@MerylWingfield thought you’d like to know that the furball has decidd to accompany my 🎹 practice. It adds a not-so cleansing dimension that I don’t suppose Bach originally envisaged. There’s no telling Madam though. 😹
@Shaun_Levin @TheA3Review I know! It’s terrifying but am thrilled to see that you’re going from strength to strength with the Review and now the press. Congrats!
I love these maps. And can’t believe it’s five years since the inaugural edition of @TheA3Review - still dead chuffed to have had one of poems selected for that.
Is this the perfect solution for any of our #writerscommunity who've made starting *that* novel one of their #NewYearResolutions2019? The whole collection of maps is a wonderful example of #writers and #artists working together to create something beautiful.
