@SamsungSupport Well it can't be fixed from the e-commerce side either, so this is where Samsung has completely failed as a company. I have been purchasing Samsung phones since the Galaxy S3, and this whole ordeal has been handled horribly. I am unable to pre-order, so I will lose my $120 credit
