@plusnethelp our internet v unreliable since we upgraded on 24/12, max speed is 21mbps, WFH with difficulty. Phoned customer services today, queued for 25 mins, representative who picked up the call said βmeowβ & hung up. This is not ok, pls contact me to apologise and sort out..
